Pk9999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "pk9999") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all pk9999 services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pk9999.

To open an account at pk9999, you must meet the following requirements:

- You have not previously been blocked or banned by pk9999.
Account Registration Rules
You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. pk9999 reserves the right to close any account created with false information. Each individual may only operate one account — multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, or phone number are not permitted.
Pk9999 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals will not be approved until this process is complete.

Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on pk9999:
Bet Acceptance
- Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain special circumstances).
- Pk9999 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event.
- Any bet accepted before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
Event Cancellation or Abandonment
If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that event will be refunded. If the match is cancelled after it has started, settlement will follow pk9999's rules.
Live Betting
Odds can change rapidly during live betting. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, pk9999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit
Deposits at pk9999 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit amount applies and is stated on the promotions page. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- If you have an active bonus and the wagering requirements have not been met, your withdrawal will be held.
- Pk9999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any transactions deemed suspicious.
Caution: Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are strictly prohibited. Such activity will be flagged as suspicious and may result in account closure.

Wagering Requirement
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, if the wagering requirement is 30x and you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

- Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.

- Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

- Participation in match fixing or sports manipulation.
- Claiming bonus offers through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
- Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or odds system.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Caution: pk9999 closely monitors all transactions and betting activity. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Please Note: If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance and winnings derived from it will be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount may be returned at our discretion.
